DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. The history of Dobbs Ferry's waterfront will be explored and explained during a special presentation next month. The Dobbs Ferry Historical Society is hosting the discussion on the history of the waterfront Sunday, April 26 from 4-7 p.m. The discussion will take place at the Mead House, 12 Elm St., Dobbs Ferry.
