Barbara "Bobbi" Allar of Virginia, formerly of Wellesley, Mass., and Dobbs Ferry, N.Y., died July 16. She was 64. Allar is survived by her son, Michael Allar; father, Sam; sister, Marcia Allar; niece and nephew; step-daughter, Ginny Wagner; and two grandchildren.
