Westchester area Vietnam War Veterans gathered at Zinsser Park in Hastings to erect a replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial that stands in Washington D.C. Dobbs Ferry's Waterfront Park drew more than 3,000 visitors for the village's annual Fourth of July celebration and fireworks show.
