The Village of Dobbs Ferry began to enforce its summer season leaf blower law Wednesday prohibiting gas-powered blowers from being used through September 1. The leaf blower restrictions allow for the use of electric leaf blowers throughout the year from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
