It's a long way from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tenn., to Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, but it's a journey Timothy Hall is happy he has made. Hall took over as Mercy College president in May 2014 after serving the previous seven years as Austin Peay's president.
