Dobbs Ferry's Mercy College Celebrates New President With Operation Cupcake

The celebration of the arrival of Tim Hall as the new president of Mercy College will be a piece of cake for the region's political and business leaders. The college in Dobbs Ferry will hand deliver 50 cupcakes to leaders in the community Monday, April 13, as part of inauguration week.
