As part of the Visiting Scholar Lecture Series, Mercy College will be hosting David L. Phillips, director of Peace-building and Rights Program Institute for the Study of Human Rights at Columbia University on Wednesday, Nov. 5. Phillips is visiting scholar at the Mercy College Center for Global Engagement and will discuss the ISIS crisis from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Lecture Hall in the Main Hall. A reception will follow.
