DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. A 19-year-old man from Dobbs Ferry threw a Molotov cocktail near St. John's Riverside Hospital Dobbs Ferry Pavilion and another in the parking lot of a condominium complex early Sunday, according to police, lohud.com reports.
