Daily Voice CEO and founder Carll Tucker was hand-delivered a cupcake and honored as a leader on Monday, as part of Mercy College's "Operation: Cupcake." The college in Dobbs Ferry is delivering 50 cupcakes to leaders in the community, as part of the inauguration of new college president Tim Hall.
