Baviello was born in Italy to Michael and Mariantonia Baviello, emigrating to the United States in 1956 and moving to Dobbs Ferry in 1958. He was predeceased by his brother Gerard Baviello, and is survived by his wife, Grace, his three children, Michael Baviello and his wife, Frances, Maria Solomon and her husband Neil, Frances Costa and her husband.
