County Executive Rob Astorino announced that 10 Westchester high school seniors who have shown exceptional commitment to their local communities of Cortlandt Manor, Dobbs Ferry, Greenburgh, Hartsdale, Rye, Scarsdale, Sleepy Hollow, Tuckahoe, White Plains and Yonkers have been selected as recipients of the Westchester County Youth Board's 2014 Milly Kibrick Youth Service Awards. The awards will be presented at a dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15, at the Davenport Club, 400 Davenport Ave., New Rochelle.
