Dobbs Ferry-Based Mercy College Hosts International Exchange Program

Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry has been invited to be a host institution for the Open World Leadership Program, an international professional exchange program that brings small delegations of emerging leaders to the U.S. to learn about the country's government and society.
