A fatal accident has resulted in the closure of the northbound lanes between exits 21 and 22 on I-95 in Rye on Monday afternoon, state police said. The lanes are expected to be closed for "quite a while," according to police, who reported that the accident occurred at 2:12 p.m. A crash involving an overturned vehicle occurred on the northbound Saw Mill River Parkway at Ashford Avenue in Dobbs Ferry.
