The Rye City Council, it is expected, will vote at its scheduled meeting on Wednesday night to hire Marcus Serrano as Rye's new City Manager. Mr. Serrano currently serves as Village Administrator in Dobbs Ferry, and if approved by the Council, will begin work in Rye on August 11, 2015.
