DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. Westchester County Police are continuing their investigation after a pedestrian was killed attempting to cross the Saw Mill River Parkway Wednesday night after he was struck by a car traveling northbound on the parkway. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. when the man was crossing from the west side of the parkway over to the east side at Lawrence Street, according to Westchester County Police.
